Here are some 10 scholarships for high school seniors. We included some tips below to help this process to be easier and more enjoyable for you!
Did you know that you can find a scholarship out there for practically everything? Some scholarships are offered based on personal interests, nationality, languages spoken, GPA, extracurricular activities, sports, and a lot more.

But wait, let’s backtrack. Every scholarship requires more than just the essay or tasks that are required, so create a folder with several copies of the following so you are prepared!

Eligibility: Open to minority students who will be entering their freshman year of college in the fall of 2023 as a full-time student and plan to pursue a degree in the atmospheric or related oceanic or hydrologic sciences. Marine biology does not meet this requirement. Must also have a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Submit: Online application, official high school transcripts, and one letter of recommendation.
AWARD: $6,000

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled as a high school or college student; have a GPA of 3.0 or higher; and be a citizen of, permanent resident of, or hold a valid student visa in the United States or Canada.
Submit: An essay describing the goal of an innovative project (this could be a website, series of blogs, an app, fundraising event, etc.) you’ve designed that makes a difference in the lives of others. There is no minimum or maximum word/page count.

Eligibility: Open to members and descendants of a federally recognized, state-recognized or terminated American Indian Tribe or Alaska Native village. Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent; have a minimum 2.0 GPA; be capable of completing a health profession degree program; and intend to serve Indian people as a health professional in your chosen discipline.
Submit: Online application, official transcripts, and faculty evaluation.
Award: FULL tuition & fees + no less than $1,500 monthly stipend.

Eligibility: Must be either a high school student or a post-high school student attending an accredited undergraduate school or technical school in the United States in the Fall of 2023. Must be pursuing a degree in a STEM field. Must have a demonstrated learning challenge (disability) of dyslexia, dysgraphia and/or dyscalculia.
Submit: Online application, most recent transcript, documentation of your learning challenge, and a letter of recommendation.
Award: $500 – $2,500

Eligibility: General requirements – must have a primary residence that is a PG&E customer in California at the time of application and plan to enroll full-time in an accredited college or university in the Fall. Open to high school seniors, graduates, GED recipients, and current college students. More specific eligibility requirements apply per scholarship (multiple available).
